For all international orders, please place your order on our secure shopping cart. For your convenience, all International orders (except Canada and Mexico) can now be paid by wire transfer as well by prepaying with a check or money order in U.S. funds. We ship mills worldwide with most shipping methods. Orders placed from outside of United States, (except Canada and Mexico) may not be the same price as U.S. orders due to International exchange rates, dealer availability, custom fees, tariff taxec, etc. All International orders must be delivered to the country of your destination, either directly through RETSEL or dropped shipped via dealer in that country.

To place a international order or to purchase 220 volt motor order, please do the following:

1. Select any item(s) from our shopping cart (top right corner)and place your order on line by selecting the check or money order option. Provide all the necessary billing and contact information as prompted. Provide exact shipping address to the country you would like your order to be shipped fully insured.

2. On the following business day we will get in touch with via e-mail in regards to the payment methods available, delivery time, prices etc. You may cancel your order anytime before your order is shipped. A 30 day return policy applies if you are not satisfied with your merchandise.

3.If you select to pay check or money order, once we receive your check in the mail, we will e-mail you confirmation that we have received your payment and exact delivery time will be given at that time. 4. If you choose to pay by wire transfer, please select check or money order option when placing your order. On the following business day, we will get in touch with you via e-mail and/or fax to obtain your necessary bank payment information, account routing number,etc.
Depending on the country you are from, it may take up to 10 business days to obtain the necessary documentation.


5. The delivery time on all International orders, including 220 volt motors, or any other parts is 2 to 12 weeks from the time we receive your payment.

Please make sure that you provide your current phone number and complete return address if you are placing orders from anywhere from outside of United States. We will need your phone number in case we have any questions about your order. Due to high credit card transaction fee and security reasons, we deserve the right not to use credit cards for International shipments.
