    All genuine RETSEL products are made in USA and our company offers many customized items. Due to strict quality control standards and supplier manufacturing deadlines, the delivery time may vary depending on which color and item you select. The standard delivery time on all our products, repairs and special order items is 2 to 6 weeks at this time. You may call us at 208-254-3737 during regular business hours before placing your order to find out the exact delivery time on the item(s) you wish to receive.

     If you are in the market for a   electric mil-rite, we are currently offering a 7% discount if you pay with a check or money order. We now accept bank drafts to take advantage of this discount from most countries as payment. Please e-mail us for details.
Need a free owners manual either a hard copy or a pdf format?     Please e-mail us and we will send you one. This offer applies to mills that are under warranty only. If your mill is outside of the warranty period (hand mills are lifetime, electric mills are 10 years), you would need to purchase one at a nominal fee.

Most items that our firms manufactures, including warranty and repair parts are now available in 12 colors at no extra charge. This means that if you send in a complete unit to us to be repaired we can return it to you with a new look at no extra change to you. This is another way to say “Thank you for your continuous patronage” Due to our painting rotation, delivery time on some custom painted parts may be slightly longer than other colors.

Excellent product. I received my Mil-rite mill in 3 weeks.

 

I Ordered a Mil-rite grain mill on Sept 30th using the online store and a credit card. In mid-October Retsel contacted me because my credit card did not go through, I had mistyped the expiration date. With this corrected my card was charged on 10/23/2012 for the full order. In both the first and second week in November I successfully contacted customer service and on both occasions was told "Your order is shipping later this week." Since that time I have called most every day without success to reach customer service. I have left messages on at least five occasions. I have not received a return call or an email 'shipping notice'. I would not have ordered this item if I had known that the lead-time is more than one month. There is no information on the website as to the company's backlog or expected delivery.

 

Business Response: The customer forwarded this complaint to BBB, thus resulting in a grade reduction of F. We attempted to process the credit card on 3 numerous occasions but the card was declined on 3 separate occasions before shipment due to insufficient funds. Finally when the card did go through, the mill was shipped on 11/21/2012 Sorry for the delay. Management

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved

I ordered and paid for a Retsel Mil-Master in June 2012. The cost, including shipping was $739.51. I still have not recieved the mill/grinder. I have made several calls and the last two have not been answered. The published fax number is out of service and they don't reply to emails. On last contact by phone I was told that my mill waws shipping on 10/12/12 and I should receive it by 10/19/12. I have not received it yet.

Desired Settlement: If the mill is of excellent quality and worth the money, I would like to recieve the mill. If not I would like a full refund.

Complaint: Sept 2nd Purchased:1 x Uni-Ark Basic - Color: Stainless Steel, Polished AluminRETSEL Order Number 11698This item was never delivered. Appears as tho RETSEL never intends to deliver.Numerous attempts at contact (email and messages to ************ & ************)over the past 3 weeks have gone unanswered.Very upsetting and extrememly poor business practice.Need this resovled ASAP.
